I am passionate about the creating a positive environment for the colleagues around me, supporting their development and giving them the opportunities to showcase their skills. I am never happier than when I am finding out how things work, improving processes, ensuring clear communications to all involved and seeing improvements to the bottom line and organisational growth.

Based in Herefordshire, I am strongly connected to my local community and have spent many years volunteering within grassroots sport and community initiatives. These experiences have provided great opportunities for widespread networking and shaped my collaborative, pragmatic and service-focused approach.
